Here’s the deal – you add however much of each ingredient based on how much you like it, because that’s how this magic happened for a holiday potluck I recently had to bring something to. No numbers, no plan, just an idea to bring something simple and healthy to an office party.
- Bananas
- Almond Butter
- Ground flaxseed
- Cinnamon
- Dates
- Hempseeds
- Oats
- Cacao Maca powder
- Grated coconut
Put it all in a food processor, add enough to get a thickness like dough, form into balls, put in the fridge, then Bliss Out! ?
