After 15 years of a career in IT and web design, working with academia, government, non-profit, and retail clients, I gave up my apartment on the beach, sold or donated most of my possessions, went vegan, and embarked on a 5 year 10,000 mile 11 country volunteer travel adventure through the Americas. I sailed in open ocean for the first time, slept in a tree house for a month, helped build amazing communities and connected with beautiful souls.
Intentional communities, music festivals, mystic ceremonies, and community gatherings of many kinds showed me the common energy that unites and uplifts the human spirit: love. Expressions of this truth were my guides throughout my journey; the love of nature found in gatherings around sacred fires, the love of soul and spirit expressed through the art and music found in all cultures, and the love of health and vitality practiced through making better the ability of the mind and body.
FrequencyBeat is my way of sharing my mind blowing experiences and new found perspectives, to inspire others to really tune in to the world around us, and to seek to resonate with worlds we haven’t yet experienced. Health, Fitness, Travel, and Music are all pieces of the same energies, the same frequencies we can tune in to as we unite and grow humanity into the next age.
