Cacao to active the heart, almonds for grounding, and berry flavors to bring it all together, enjoy!!
Ingredients:
Bottom Layer Crust
- 1 cup almonds
- 6 dates
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp cacao
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
Mousse Topping
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 hass avocado
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp cacao
- 2tbsp carub
- 1/2 apple
- 2 tsp date sugar
Preparation
- Put all ingredients for bottom crust layer in food processor or blender, blend until smooth
- Place crust mix in glass bowl and flatten/shape with large spoon or flat surface to form bottom layer
- Place in freezer during preparation of mousse topping (aprox five minutes)
- Place all mousse topping ingredients in blender, blend until smooth
- Remove glass bowl with bottom crust layer from freezer, pour on mousse mixture from blender
- top with banana slices, rasberries, blackberries, chopped coconut, or any other toping you can think of
